L. F. Johnston, George W. Perry and H. H. Williams have formed the Triangle Cattle company with a capitalization of $150,000. Offices will be maintained at Sheridan.

W. M. Wilds, a distributor of the Hupmobile and Cole 8 cars in Billings, drove to Sheridan this week in his handsome Cole 8. He will remain ere for about a week, making the Moore Garage his headquarters.

George T. Linn is here from Arvada today on business. Mrs. George Atterbury and Mrs. W. E. Deck of Big Horn were shopping in Sheridan today.
