Western Horseman magazine was started in 1936 which makes it one of the oldest magazines in North America. The people of Western Horseman magazine are a great symbol of the modern horseman. Mostly because the people who work for the magazine are personally involved in the horse industry. The people of Sheridan feel honored to receive this award from such an amazing publication. Sheridan Wyoming is the greatest cowboy town in the world. The feeling you get when you are walking down Main Street is nostalgic. You can picture Sheridan as it was 100 years ago. Sheridan’s modern western culture provides great opportunity for tourist and locals to have a western experience like they have never had before.
