Sheridan Train Show

The Sheridan Model Railroad Associations annual Model Railroads on Display takes place at old Taylor School. The public is invited to stop in and see the small trains running through scenes modeled on the local area and ask questions if you like.

The club layout features a number of businesses and industries that will be familiar to local residents. And the trains even run through time from one end of the layout featuring structures from the 60’s to the other end of the layout representing to 20’s and the 30’s.

A room packed full of operating model trains had the little people as well as adults absorbed in the trains chugging along.

Kermit Ziler said the Model Train Association has been operating since 1997 and for some, the novelty of model trains comes with youth and continues through a lifetime!
